Designed as a welcoming way into the subject, the day offers a varied programme of talks, conversation, discussion groups and Q&A. Speakers will introduce key psychoanalytic themes including mourning and mental illness, becoming an analyst, psychoanalytic thinking with couples, and storytelling in psychoanalysis. The event offers participants the chance to experience the atmosphere, ideas and questions at the heart of psychoanalysis, whether they are completely new to the field, considering further study or training, or simply interested in learning more.
